  • Data Scientist

    As part of the Sydani team, the data scientist will work with the research and monitoring and evaluation team to design and operationalize strategies for data management and the use of data for decision-making. This involves the optimization of processes for big data collection, collation, analyses, and interpretation to find patterns that will drive solutions and organizational growth.

  • Management Consultant- Associate

    As part of the Sydani team, the Program Associate will work as the project or workstream lead and will provide technical leadership in the development of evidence-based strategies and in the implementation of these strategies toward achieving the project objectives.

  • Communications Officer

    The communications and social media lead will drive all of Sydani’s internal and external communications efforts, coordinate and represent the firm in promotional events, develop and disseminate content for marketing and publicity and respond to inquiries from the public and media.

    The M&E Officer will be responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, research, and learning framework for projects in the organization and provide support for successful monitoring and evaluation of the program, as well as for generating and translating evidence to inform programmatic adaptation.

    The IT Specialist will support the Team Lead to run the operations of the IT unit. The responsibilities of the IT Specialist will include but not be limited to systems design and administration, Voice over IP administration, network engineering, second-level IT support, and systems security.

    The business development analyst will conduct research and prepare proposals for clients and stakeholders on behalf of the organization, lead initiatives to generate and engage strategic partnerships to attract new business while maintaining existing ones.
