This leadership role is critical in providing strategic coordination and development of a performance management plan, including performance-monitoring criteria and ensuring continuous monitoring of activity progress. This leadership role is critical in providing strategic direction and oversight for the project’s MEL components, including RMNCAH, Malaria, Global Health Security Agenda and Health Financing. The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will be responsible for overall project monitoring, evaluation and learning management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the achievement of project goals in alignment with USAID objectives and Nigeria's national health priorities.
