The Sydani Fellowship Program is designed to provide a stimulating experience for young individuals to develop leadership traits, gain hands-on practical experience in consulting, and acquire technical skills that position them for high performance. As a Fellow at Sydani Group, you will be assigned responsibility for specific components of a project where you will work with and be mentored by Sydani consultants in a fast-paced learning environment.

Sydani fellowships are four to five (4-5) months long. All fellows are guaranteed exposure to real-life challenges in the workplace along with the analytical rigor and critical thinking that goes into solving them.

Qualifications and Competencies (Eligibility Criteria)

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  1. Must have graduated from a recognized university with a First Class or Second Class Upper Division degree.
  2. Applicants with a Second Class Lower Division or Third Class degree must possess a Master’s degree as at the time of application.
  3. Must have obtained a Bachelor’s degree within the last four (4) years (2022–present).
  4. Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or must not be undergoing NYSC during the five (5) months duration of the program.
  5. Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  6. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask


N.B. This is an onsite role, and physical presence at the office will be required throughout the duration of the program. Accommodation and relocation support will not be provided.
