Immunization Specialist – STRICAN Project

1. Program Design and Implementation

§ Develop and execute strategies to identify and vaccinate zero-dose children in target areas.

§ Collaborate with government and partners to design tailored solutions for immunization equity.

§ Ensure program activities align with national immunization priorities and global best practices.

2. Technical Support and Capacity Building

§ Provide guidance to health teams on advocacy, service delivery, surveillance, data management, and supply chain systems.

§ Oversee training and mentorship for program staff, healthcare providers, and stakeholders.

§ Ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and visualization using tools like DHIS2 and Power BI.

§ Promote data-driven decision-making at all levels of project implementation.

3. Collaboration and Partnerships

§ Build strong partnerships with government agencies, donors, and implementing partners.

§ Represent Sydani at technical forums, workshops, and meetings on immunization equity.

§ Foster cross-sectoral collaborations to address barriers to vaccination.



4. Monitoring, Reporting, and Communication

§ Ensure regular communication of project progress, challenges, and lessons learned with clients and stakeholders.

§ Oversee the development and submission of high-quality project reports in line with donor requirements.

§ Support the project team in achieving and exceeding client deliverables.
