Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and qualify research participants
  2. Interview study participants
  3. Collect and analyze data
  4. Document and Present research findings
  5. Understand and adhere to all compliance requirements associated with conducting qualitative research

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in the social sciences, or a related field. MSc. will be an added advantage.
  2. Minimum of 3 years professional experience conducting qualitative research
  3. Excellent writing and editing skills
  4. B.Sc.; M.Sc. Sociology, Demography, Economics, Public Health or any related field
  5. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  6. Knowledge of research interview transcription
  7. Knowledge of any of the research field; health, energy, agriculture
  8. Experience with Nvivo or ATLAS.ti
  9. Must have at least two (2) publications

Basic Skills:

  1. Research knowledge
  2. Experience with conducting and facilitating interviews
  3. Knowledge of research interview transcription
